Jim Krivanek and Vaughn Snyder shot series 67-65-67 to win the 8th Egg Invitational at the Mayfield Sand Ridge Club in Chardon, Ohio.

Krivanek and Snyder went out bogeyless over the three rounds to win by three shots over Gabe Reynolds and Austin Schreiber. The two teams were tied heading into the final round, but Reynolds and Schreiber couldn’t maintain the momentum of their second round 63 in Chapman format (including six consecutive birdies of the last nine), closing with a better 70 ball.

For Krivanek, this was his second time lifting the Egg Invitational Trophy, having first won in 2018 with partner Brian Smith. Their total of 199 set a tournament record, a number matched by Krivanek and his new partner Snyder this year.

2020 champions Brett Kaufman and Mackey Miles finished with a 66 for third solo out of the 30 teams entered, finishing four strokes behind the winners with a total of 204.

Don Padgett III and Keith Blythe were fourth at 205, five strokes behind. Jody Roudebush and Erik Martin round out the top five with 207.

Jon Feldkamp finished well at the bottom of the field, but was arguably one of the happiest players in Mayfield Sand Ridge, having won the only skin of the entire tournament on the 10th hole, worth $ 1,500.
